I had a decent stay at the Courtyard Boston-South Boston. The staff was super friendly and really went out of their way to make things better, especially after a hiccup with my vehicle situation. My stay at the Courtyard Boston-South Boston had some highs and lows. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the large suite I was given after my initial room was noisy due to nearby construction. However, I was disappointed to find out that the pool, which was one reason I booked my stay, was under construction and not usable. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially since my kids were really looking forward to swimming. 🏊‍♂️
